This course will endeavor to give the student an appreciation for the wisdom contained in the Book of Proverbs. The course will seek to study the contents of this book in their cultural, historical, and literary settings. It will provide a survey of the entire book as well as seeking to understand and apply the life skills that are repeated throughout the work. A family and community focus will permeate the course as we explore it’s contribution to building godly relationships.
