iFlash: What is it and how can you use it to study Hebrew Vocabulary?

iFlash, by Loopware, is a neat program for your Macintosh computer, that allows you to build vocabulary "Decks" of cards. It will show the front of the card (Hebrew) and then the back of the card (English). You can keep track of which words you know and which ones you need to work on. It is very easy to use. You can also sync the vocabular decks to your iPod, iTouch or iPhone. There are many Card Decks (of all kinds of languages, scientific terms, medical terms, etc.) available from the iFlash Deck Library (available under the iFlash menu in the program).

The cost of the program itself is $14.95, and you can obtain it here as a direct download (no waiting): Loopware.

Once you have the program loaded on your computer, then download the Card Decks below, and open them in iFlash. You're all set to study your vocabulary at your desk computer or on the go, with your iPod Touch or iPhone.

You will need to download the SBL Hebrew font. Click here to get it for free. Once you download the font, put it in the Libraray/Fonts folder on your startup drive.
